She delves into w hat she calls the Mirror World—our destabilized present rife with doubles a nd confusion\, where far-right movements playact solidarity with the workin g class\, AI-generated content blurs the line between genuine and spurious\ , and so many of us project our own carefully curated digital doubles into the social media sphere. We all feel the need to chart a path beyond confus ion and despair. Klein delivers a revelatory treatment of the way many of u s now think and feel\, and shares it with us in Doppelganger.

Naomi Klein

NAOMI KLEIN is the award-winning author of international bests ellers including This Changes Everything\, The Shock Doctrine\, No Logo \, No Is Not Enough\, and On Fire\, which have been published in more than thirty-five languages. She is an
Associate Professor in the Department of Geography at the University of Br itish Columbia\, the founding Co-Director of UBC’s Centre of Climate Justic e\, and an honorary professor of Media and Climate at Rutgers University. H er writing has appeared in leading publications around the world\, and she has just launched a new regular column for The Guardian.

JARRETT MARTINE AU is a leading voice in Indigenous music\, media\, and cultural produc tion. He is Curator-in-Residence at the Chan Centre for the Performing Arts \, and a Guest Curator for Indian Summer Festival. He hosts Reclaimed\, the first-ever Indigenous music series on CBC Radio\, and co-founded Va ncouver’s New Forms Festival.
